Update: The SDK is now available for download.
The SDK for CivTAK has been released by the TAK Product Center. You can find it here.
CivTAK 4.0.7 has also been Open Sourced using the GPL 3 License. You can find that source code here.
The next step is likely be CivTAK in the Google Play Store.
The SDK has several corrupted files. I’ll try and get that fixed early next week, and I’ll post an update here and make a new post as well.

Is that me or the SDK files are corrupted?
You need to reduce the permissions. It needs phone and sms access which you should be able to reject and still use the app minus those features. It stops people testing it out if you set these sorts of permissions.
