Dallas Clements posted a video today on how turn a paper map into a Rubber Sheet in CIVTAK/ATAK. I did one a couple of years ago, but his shows how its done with the new user interface. One of the nice things about this is that he gives an elevation-based example of why its better viewed in 3D with ATAK than just as a paper map.
